A co-founder and partner of
Bristol based leading accountancy practice,
Barnes Hunter was recently nominated as a finalist
for the ‘Best Chartered Accountant Category’ at
the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England
and Wales (ICAEW) South West Regional Awards
Dinner.
Mark Hunter was one of a select four to be
short-listed for the prestigious category in
recognition of his outstanding level of expertise
and contribution to business throughout the
region.
Mark jointly founded Barnes Hunter 12 years
ago. Predominantly involved with owner managed
businesses, Mark is particularly specialist
in assisting clients in the process of business
start-ups. One such person was Prince Charles’ photographer,
whom he assisted whilst acting as a business
mentor for The Prince’s trust.
Mark comments: "When myself and Chris
Barnes first started Barnes Hunter our aim
was to provide a service with a difference
by offering local businesses throughout the
region with not only expert, professional advice
but the tools and strategies to help them grow
and prosper.
"Twelve years later and I am glad to

is an important way to recognise such achievements

The awards dinner took place at British Empire
and Commonwealth Museum on May 10th and was
presented by BBC’s Panorama front-man
and esteemed journalist Jeremy Vine.
